ADVERTISMENT OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owners of Universal Storage intend to sell the personal property described below to enforce a lien imposed on said property under the Utah Self Service Storage Facility Act.

The items will be sold at public sale by sealed bid on Friday, July 17, 2015, at 9 – 10 a.m., on the premises where said property has been stored and which is located at Universal Storage approximately 2 miles North on Highway 89 of Mt. Pleasant, Utah 84647.

Personal property owned by Virginia DeSouza Unit 3030; Rocking chair, sofa, dresser, gun cabinet, miscellaneous boxes.

Personal property owned by Brent Langswager Unit 3047; Dryer, bed frames, cabinets, miscellaneous boxes of household items, sofa.

Personal property owned by Amanda Peterson Unit 3106. Miscellaneous household items. Personal property owned by S. Miner Unit 3131; Miscellaneous household items.

Personal property owned by Laurie Nielson Young unit 3155; Vinyl records, plastic totes, wood cabinet, VHS tapes, bags of clothes.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

Purchases must be paid for at the time of purchase with cash. All purchased items sold as is where is and must be removed at the time of the sale. Sale subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party.
