Public Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of Fountain Green City will hold a Public Hearing at the Fountain Green City Hall, 260 West 100 North, on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following:

1. To receive public comment regarding the size, scope and nature of funding that is being requested from the Community Impact Board for the Park Improvement Project-New Restroom/Concession Building.

2. To receive public comment regarding opening and amending the 2015 fiscal year budget and the adoption of the 2016 fiscal year budget.

Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify Fountain Green City Recorder at 435-445-3453 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
