Brittany Engstrom
OREM/SPRING CITY– Our beautiful daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter and friend, Brittany Engstrom, had her life tragically cut short Dec. 28, 2015.
She was born Dec. 12, 1988, to Emmett Engstrom and Kim Christensen Engstrom.
Brittany loved growing up in Spring City, going on bike rides and spending time with her family and many friends. She also loved art, dance and music.
She attended Spring City Elementary, North Sanpete Middle School, Moroni; and Provo High School.
She was a member of the Junior Dance Company at Center Stage Performing Arts Studio. She attended national dance competitions in New York, California and Las Vegas.
She then went on to become a personal trainer for Gold’s Gym and Vasa Fitness. She attended Provo College to earn a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
She worked very hard and was graduating at the top of her class, receiving high honor awards every semester. It was very important to Brittany that she succeed and be someone her daughters could look up to and be proud of.
Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her girls. They loved to play games, color, read, go to parks, and have their special days together.
Brittany is so loved by her family and friends. She will be in our hearts forever and missed every day.
She is leaving behind her two beautiful daughters, Emma Grace, age 7, and Abby Rose, age 5.
She is also survived by her parents, brother, Nick Engstrom; grandmother, Nadine Christensen; grandparents, Donald and Carolyn Engstrom; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Ron Christensen; uncle Wayne Engstrom.
Funeral services were held Jan. 4, in the Historic Spring City LDS Ward, 164 South Main.
Interment was in the Spring City Cemetery.
