In accordance with Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance Number 2011-02 and in compliance with Section 10-8-2(4) of the Utah State Code, a public hearing is scheduled to take place at Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 6:30 p.m.

The public hearing will focus on leasing real property and buildings pertaining thereto, said property located in Mt. Pleasant City, Utah.

LEGAL Description. The legal description for the premises is: That parcel known as The Depot Property, more particularly described as:

Beginning at a point which is South 89deg 03min 42sec West, 1415.30 feet along the Section line and South 478.05 feet from the Northeast Corner of Section 10, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; which point is a fence corner; thence South 0deg 18min 05 sec East, 373.15 feet along a fence line; thence South 89deg 09min 41sec West, 170.64 feet along the North line of an existing dirt road; thence North 30deg 28min 22sec East, 154.45 feet to the East right of Way of Highway 89; thence North 45deg 28min 22sec East, 344.97 feet along the Right of Way to the true point of beginning, containing 1.323 acres more or less together with those structures presently on or to be added to said property.

The property would be used to develop a railroad village, including box cars that would be used for a “box car” motel.
