The Mt. Pleasant City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main Street.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding an ordinance prohibiting smoking in the city parks, cemetery and recreational areas within Mt. Pleasant City.
