Recently Sanpete County was petitioned to consider selling a parcel of property held by the County. According to Sanpete County Resolution #08-18-2015 A, Sanpete County now gives public notice that it intends to entertain bids from interested parties to acquire the following subject parcel specifically described as:

Plat B, Lot 32 Indian Ridge Subdivision, cont. 1.02 ac. – Parcel #54776

Interested parties are invited to submit written, sealed bids as irrevocable offers to purchase the afore described property. Sanpete County reminds bidders that it is not obligated to accept the highest, or any submitted bids, to sell the parcel.

The minimum bid is nine-hundred dollars ($900.00), sufficient to pay all back taxes, interest owing, penalties, tax sale administrative fees and supervisory fees.

The deadline for submitting sealed, written bids is Monday, July 18, 2016, by 5:00 pm.

The Sanpete County Commission will consider bids received and determine whether to sell the subject parcel at 2:45 p.m. on its July 19th agenda.

Any sale by Sanpete County is made without any warranty or guarantees whatsoever, including but not limited to, any warranty as to title, liens, possession, taxes, encumbrances, or condition of the property. The property would be sold “as is” together with any and all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
