Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2016, in the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main Street.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding an increase of the base rate for irrigation water.
