NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mt. Pleasant City Council will hold a second public hearing at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main Street.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a resolution for irrigation water usage on properties where risers have been installed, but the property owners have never been billed for operation and maintenance and have not remitted payments for the same.
