YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to file an Answer in writing to the Complaint filed with the Clerk of Sixth District Court, Sanpete County, located at 160 N Main St #303, Manti, UT 84642, and to serve upon or mail to Russell A. Cline, attorney for Plaintiff, at 340 East 400 South, Suite 25, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, Tel. 801-539-1900 a copy of said Answer, WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS after the last day of publication hereof.

If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint filed with the Court, a copy of which is available at Mr. Cline’s office upon request.

This action seeks to quiet title to any interest you may have in the following property located in Sanpete County in Kyle R. Hall.

A parcel of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 15 South, Range 5 East, Sanpete County, Utah. The described land is intended to close the gap between the easterly boundary of property described in Warranty deed recorded in book 652 at Page 1606 and the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 15 South, Range 5 East; described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 15 South, Range 5 East, thence South 0309′ East 703.1 feet more or less along the prorated 1/16 line of said quarter to the southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 3; thence South 8936’35” West 49.15 feet more or less along the South 1/16 line of said quarter; thence North 0158’15” West 702.50 feet more or less to a point on the North line of said Section 3; thence North 8931′ East 34.50 feet more or less along said North line to the point of beginning. Contains: 29,382.5 Sq. Ft. more or less.
