NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 11, 2016, the Mt. Pleasant City Council will hold a public hearing at the hour of 6:00 p.m.

The location of the public hearing is the Mt. Pleasant City Office, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to Ballot Proposition 7: “Should Mt. Pleasant City be authorized to add 2 1/4% to the local charge set forth in Section 11-26-1 of the Utah State Code for the express purpose of operating and maintaining a year-round swimming pool/aquatic center?”

All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
