1. No. 5 Texas Tech (11-1, 8-1 Big 12)
Last results: Behren Morton threw for 310 yards and three touchdowns as No. 5 Texas Tech routed West Virginia 49-0.
Game On: Saturday vs. No. 11 BYU (11-1, 8-1 Big 12) at Big 12 Championship, 10 a.m. MT (ABC)
What’s Up? Texas Tech doubled time of possession in the game against West Virginia 40:00 to 20:00. … The Red Raiders won the first meeting with BYU 29-7 in Lubbock.
2. No. 11 BYU (11-1, 8-1 Big 12)
Last results: LJ Martin scored three touchdowns and No. 11 BYU recovered from a slow start to beat UCF 41-21.

What’s Up? Parker Kingston had 191 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns in the win against UCF. … The Cougars have trailed by 10 or more points in four of their eight Big 12 wins.
3. No. 15 Utah (10-2, 7-2 Big 12)
Last results: Devin Dampier passed for three touchdowns and Elijah Davis returned an interception 97 yards for another score as No. 14 Utah came from behind to beat Kansas 31-21.
Game On: The Utes await the decision of the CFP committee on Sunday.
What’s Up? Logan Fano (10 tackles, seven solo, 1.5 tackles for loss) and Jackson Bennee (10 tackles, seven solo, 1.5 tackles for loss) led the Utah defensive effort against Kansas.
4. No. 22 Arizona (9-3, 6-3 Big 12)
Last results: Noah Fifita threw for 286 yards and a touchdown and Arizona forced five turnovers in a 23-7 victory against rival Arizona State.
Game On: The Wildcats await a bowl invitation, which should be extended by Sunday.
What’s Up? Arizona held Arizona State to 15 yards of offense in the first quarter of their matchup. … The Wildcats are 10-11-1 in bowl appearances, last beating Oklahoma 38-24 in the 2023 Alamo Bowl.
5. Arizona State (8-4, 6-3 Big 12)
Last results: Quarterback Jeff Sims threw three interceptions and fumbled twice as Arizona State lost to No. 25 Arizona 23-7.
Game On: The Sun Devils await a bowl invitation, which should be extended by Sunday.
What’s Up? Arizona State won last year’s Territorial Cup 49-7 in Tucson. … Arizona held the Sun Devils to 214 total yards.
6. Houston (9-3, 6-3 Big 12)
Last results: Dean Connors scored on a 1-yard run with 1:57 remaining and Connor Weigman accounted for three touchdowns as Houston edged past Baylor 31-24.
Game On: The Cougars await a bowl invitation, which should be extended by Sunday.
What’s Up? Weigman passed for 201 yards and ran for 121 against the Bears. … 2025 was the first time with nine regular-season wins for Houston since 2021, and second since 2016.
7. Iowa State (8-4, 5-4 Big 12)
Last results: Rocco Becht threw a touchdown pass and Abu Sama ran for a score as Iowa State ended the regular season with a 20-13 victory against Oklahoma State.
Game On: The Cyclones await a bowl invitation, which should be extended by Sunday.
What’s Up? Iowa State rushed for 231 yards against the Cowboys. … The Cyclones defeated Miami 42-41 in last year’s Pop-Tarts Bowl.
8. TCU (8-4, 5-4 Big 12)
Last results: Josh Hoover threw four touchdown passes as TCU defeated Cincinnati 45-23 in a game delayed about 90 minutes in the first quarter due to lightning.
Game On: The Horned Frogs await a bowl invitation, which should be extended by Sunday.
What’s Up? Jeremy Payne ran for 174 yards and two scores in the win against the Bearcats. … The Horned Frogs beat Louisiana 34-3 in last year’s New Mexico Bowl.
9. Cincinnati (7-5, 5-4 Big 12)
Last results: Cincinnati finished the regular season on a four-game losing streak that started when they were ranked No. 17 with a 45-23 loss to TCU.
Game On: The Bearcats await a bowl invitation, which should be extended by Sunday.
What’s Up? Brendan Sorsby threw three TD passes for the Bearcats. … Cincinnati last went bowling in 2022, losing to Louisville 24-7 in the Wasabi Fenway Bowl.
10. Kansas State (6-6, 5-4 Big 12)
Last results: Joe Jackson rushed for 142 yards and three touchdowns as Kansas State defeated Colorado 24-14.

What’s Up? Game-time temperature against the Buffaloes was 32 degrees with wind chill of 24.. … Kansas State is bowl eligible for the fifth straight season.
11. Baylor (5-7, 3-6 Big 12)
Last results: Baylor couldn’t hold on to a 15-point lead and lost to Houston 31-24.

What’s Up? Saturday was Baylor’s third loss in a row and fifth in sixth games. … Saturday was the first home game for the Bears since athletic director Mack Rhoades stepped down for personal reasons. The school later made a statement that Dave Aranda (36-37 record) would remain as coach.
12. Kansas (5-7, 3-6 Big 12)
Last results: Kansas outgained No. 13 Utah 477 yards to 414 but lost 31-21.

What’s Up? The Jayhawks rushed for 290 yards against the Utes but threw three interceptions. … Kansas ends up without bowl eligibility for the second straight season.
13. UCF (5-7, 2-7 Big 12)
Last results: UCF jumped out to a 14-0 first quarter lead but No. 11 BYU outscored the Golden Knights 41-7 the rest of the way in a 41-21 loss.

What’s Up? The Golden Knights surrendered 31 straight points after taking a 14-0 first quarter lead. … UCF missed out on bowl eligibility for second straight season.
14. West Virginia (4-8, 2-7 Big 12)
Last results: West Virginia managed just 180 yards of offense in a 49-0 shutout loss to No. 5 Texas Tech.

What’s Up? Freshman Scotty Fox Jr. Was replaced at quarterback by Max Brown in the third quarter. Brown’s second pass was a 67-yard pick six for Texas Tech’s Amier Boyd. … The Mountaineers didn’t get a first down until their six series of the game.
15. Colorado (3-9, 1-8 Big 12)
Last results: Colorado ended its season with a 24-14 loss to Kansas State.

What’s Up? The Buffaloes outgained the Wildcats 323 to 321. … Kaidon Salter was 14 of 25 for 172 yards and Micah Welch scored two rushing touchdowns for Colorado.
16. Oklahoma State (1-11, 0-9 Big 12)
Last results: Oklahoma State managed just 219 total yards and turned the ball over twice in a 20-13 loss to Iowa State.
