Here are the top girls wrestlers in the Utah Valley area in 2023-24:

Girls Wrestler of the Year: Isla Baeza, Sr. 130 pounds, Mountain View

Nationally ranked Bruin senior won her second state title and went undefeated in 2024.

Coach of the Year: Erik Gonzalez, Cedar Valley

Cedar Valley crowned the most individual champions in 5A with three and the Aviators have finished second and third in the last two seasons.

Aviator junior was a divisional champ while also placing second in 5A state.

Kelseigh Banks, So. 120 pounds, Salem Hills

Skyhawk sophomore dominated the competition in 5A..

Martha Camacho, Fr. 115 pounds, ALA

Eagle freshman placed second in state.

Rachel Camacho, Sr. 120 pounds, ALA

Eagle senior won her third state title in dominating fashion.

Celeste Detoles, Sr. 135 pounds, Westlake

Thunder senior claimed her fourth state title in 6A along with a national ranking.

Jaskin Hair, Jr. 100 pounds, ALA

Eagle junior is a 3-time finalist taking state in 2022.

Hallie Hansen, Sr. 115 pounds, Pleasant Grove

Viking senior placed second in state.

Jocelyn Hepler, Sr. 190 pounds, Salem Hills

Skyhawk senior placed third this season after winning gold in 2023.

Hayley Harris, Sr. 155 pounds, Springville

Springville senior placed second in 5A state for second straight season.

Ellie Jensen, Jr. 125 pounds, Maple Mountain

Golden Eagle junior claimed top spot in her weight class in 4A.

Braylin Jones, Sr. 130 pounds, Salem Hills

Skyhawk senior finished second in 5A state.

O’dessa Laititi, Sr. 190 pounds, Westlake

Thunder senior climbed to the top of the podium in 6A.

Madison Mayes, Sr. 170 pounds, Cedar Valley

Aviator senior pulled a stunning upset to bring home gold in 5A.

Paisley Nelson, Sr. 125 pounds, Salem Hills

Skyhawk senior placed second in state in 5A to help team earn silver trophy.

Aurelia Ramos, Sr. 190 pounds, Maple Mountain

Golden Eagle senior went undefeated in her last two seasons and earned a national ranking.

Keilikki Nau Rarick, Jr. 235 pounds, Westlake

Thunder junior went undefeated, won her third state title and is nationally ranked.

Madison Sherman, So. 145 pounds, Skyridge

Falcon sophomore won a thrilling bout to earn 6A gold.

Arisna Stott, Sr. 110 pounds, Cedar Valley

Aviator senior claimed gold in 5A.

Nadia Thomas, Sr. 130 pounds, Skyridge

Falcon senior placed second in 6A.

Hotai Valeti, Sr. 170 pounds, Springville

Red Devil senior placed third in 2024 but had a great career winning three state titles.

AnnaLee Wright, Sr. 135 pounds, Cedar Valley

Aviator senior capped off a great season by taking state in 5A.
