Here are the top boys wrestlers in the Utah Valley area in 2023-24:

Boys Wrestler of the Year: Brayden Robison, Sr. 157 pounds, Westlake

Robison won his third state title and finished undefeated in the 2023-24 campaign.

Coach of the Year: Kip Spencer, Spanish Fork

Spencer led Spanish Fork to its first state title in 20 seasons while the Dons crowned three individual champions in 5A.

Breyton Banks, Sr. 120 pounds, Salem Hills

Skyhawk senior finished second in state this season after winning gold in 2023.

Quayde Beck, Sr. 165 pounds, Payson

Lion senior delivered by winning a 4A state title.

Israel Borge, Fr. 136 pounds, Westlake

Freshman lost just once on the season and placed second in 6A state.

Zion Borge, So. 132 pounds, Westlake

Sophomore won a 6A state title in a very deep 132-pound weight class.

Hixon Canto, Sr. 157 pounds, Pleasant Grove

Maple Mountain transfer was a key cog in Viking attack placing second in 6A state.

Bradlee Farrer, Jr. 165 pounds, Pleasant Grove

Viking junior placed second at the 6A state tournament and reached All-American status by placing second at the Reno Tournament of Champions.

Josh Fish, Jr. 150 pounds, Westlake

After finishing second last year, Fish climbed to the top of the podium in 2024.

Trevyn Gates, Sr. 190 pounds, Pleasant Grove

Viking senior placed second in 6A and was a finalist at the prestigious Doc Buchanan.

Glade Harman, Jr. 132 pounds, Mountain View

Bruin junior is a 3-time finalist and now has a state title to his credit.

Caleb Jackson, Jr. 113 pounds, Maple Mountain

Golden Eagle junior won a state title to go along with a title at the Rockwell Rumble.

Tege Kelley, Jr. 144 pounds, American Fork

Caveman junior placed second in 6A state after winning a title last season.

Alex Koyle, Sr. 165 pounds, Spanish Fork

Don senior reached the peak of success in 2024.

Kaden Moore, Sr. 175 pounds, Salem Hills

Skyhawk senior was a divisional champion and placed second in state.

Porter Olson, Jr. 138 pounds, Spanish Fork

Don junior missed taking 5A state by a single point.

Corbyn Robison, So. 113 pounds, Westlake

Sophomore, and younger brother to Brayden, got it done taking state in 6A.

Karson Shelley, Jr. 120 pounds, Spanish Fork

Don junior looking to win his fourth state title in 2025.

Landen Shurtleff, Sr. 190 pounds, Payson

Lion senior won his third state title and dominated the 4A field.

Cayaen Smith,  Sr. 215 pounds, Pleasant Grove

Viking won his second state title in three years and placed at the Doc Buchanan.

Colton Theobald, Sr. 144 pounds, Payson

Lion senior overcame a serious leg injury to win his third state title.

Tevita Valeti, Sr. 190 pounds, Springville

Red Devil gridiron star also shined on the mat winning a 5A state title.

Junior Wetzel, Sr. 150 pounds, Spanish Fork

Don senior dominated the 5A field to claim gold.
