FOOTBALL

1. Lone Peak (3-0)

Kepa Niumeitolu 3 TD passes, 1 TD run in return, Bishop Gorman next.

2. Skyridge (2-0)

Kaneal Sweetwyne accounts for six TD’s in first half vs. West.

3. American Fork (3-0)

Cavemen pull off impressive and gritty road win at East.

4. Westlake (3-0)

Thunder beat Bingham for first time in school history.

5. Springville (3-0)

Red Devils getting it done with running game and defense.

GIRLS SOCCER

1. Lone Peak (7-1-1)

The Knights retain the top spot despite a shootout loss at Layton last Thursday.

2. Timpview (6-1)

The Thunderbirds move up a spot with a big win 3-0 over Springville and followed it up with a tough 2-1 win at Wasatch.

3. Spanish Fork (6-1)

The Dons proved their previous win versus Maple Mountain wasn’t a fluke by upending the Golden Eagles again last Thursday.

4. American Fork (6-2)

The Cavemen had mixed results last week, taking a 3-1 win over Davis before falling to Farmington 3-0 leading up to region play.

5. Springville (6-2)

The Red Devils followed up their disappointing loss to Timpview with a resounding 7-0 win over Payson.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

1. Skyridge (6-0)

Falcons have dropped just one set in first six matches.

2. Lone Peak (4-1)

Junior Luhanna Panta (65 digs) is one of valley’s top defenders.

3. Orem (5-1)

Tigers and Knights will be battle of champions on Tuesday.

4. Mountain View (7-0)

Bruins own 21-0 set record heading into Utah Valley Invitational.

5. Lehi (6-0)

Pioneers continue to pummel opponents.
