FOOTBALL
1. American Fork (5-0)
Cavemen win on the road again, this time at Layton.
2. Lone Peak (4-1)
Top-ranked Corner Canyon comes to town on Friday.
3. Skyridge (4-1)
Falcons couldn’t keep up with Colorado’s No. 1 team, Cherry Creek.
4. Lehi (4-1)
Pioneers at Falcons this week, always an entertaining game.
5. Orem (3-2)
Seven different Tigers scored a rushing TD in 69-3 thrashing of Spanish Fork.

GIRLS SOCCER
1. Lone Peak (10-1-1)
The Knights are cruising, and solidified their spot on top of the rankings with a dominating 3-0 win over region rival American Fork.
2. Timpview (10-1)
The Thunderbirds were tested big by Pleasant Grove, but managed to get by in a three overtime thriller to maintain their No. 2 ranking.
3. Springville (9-2)
A big 7-2 win over Payson sets up this week’s big matchup versus region rival Spanish Fork.
4. Lehi (8-5)
The Pioneers enter the rankings for the first time off of their impressive 4-1 win over Skyridge.
5. Mountain View (7-3)
The Bruins keep cruising and reestablished themselves as the team to beat in Region 8 with a 2-1 win over Orem.

Opened Region 3 play with sweeps of American Fork and Corner Canyon.
2. Orem (12-2)
Tigers rise to the top with multiple offensive options.
3. Lone Peak (10-4)
Knights keeping pace with Skyridge at 2-0 in Region 3.
4. American Fork (13-3)
Cavemen humbled with Region 3 losses to Skyridge and Lone Peak.
5. Mountain View (11-3)
