Woman arrested after Provo Police say she struck two children with vehicle, killing one
A Provo woman was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter Tuesday after police said she struck two children with her vehicle, killing one. Nereyda Miranda, 28, was driving out of the Brough Trailer Court in Provo with small trash bags on her hood when she hit a 3-year-old female and a 4-year-old sibling that were next to their father, who was fixing a bicycle on the side of the road, police said.
