New owner on the block: Clyde Companies purchases Allen's Block in Springville, seeking public feedback
Clyde Companies purchased Allen's Block in Springville and is soliciting community feedback to determine what to build on the property to improve the downtown area. The property on 400 S. and Main Street was formerly home to Allen's Super Save Market before its closure in 2018. It was purchased by a Clyde entity, Springville Rising, and will be referred as "4th and Main" by the Clyde Companies.
