Provo Fire Chief Jeremy Headman issued an order lifting fire restrictions in the city Thursday, citing the state's moisture levels and the decrease in temperature. The decree ends stage 2 restrictions that the city was under throughout the summer, disallowing open flames anywhere in the city, including fire pits and charcoal grill.
