This week, we were chosen to receive a new addition to the Nissan line in the form of the all-new electric Aryia. This new all-electric vehicle took us on a ride that not only made our heart race but also redefined to us what it means to drive into the future. There was truly an air of excitement as we buckled up and got ready to experience the remarkable 2023 Nissan Aryia, a truly revolutionary electric SUV that effortlessly blends cutting-edge technology with unparalleled style and performance.

As we got our first look at the Nissan Aryia in our driveway, it was hard not to be captivated by its stunning, aerodynamic design. The futuristic LED headlights, seamlessly integrated into the front fascia, illuminate the road ahead like guiding stars in the night sky. This was apparent from our first time out in the car until our last, as questions abounded with our fellow drivers wherever we stopped. Be it to get a drink, go shopping or just go for a hike out on the road, everyone was interested and drawn toward the new Nissan.

The best way to really get a feel for that is to take a long drive and see how the vehicle will perform, as we did taking the Aryia out for over 180 miles on Saturday afternoon, up Provo Canyon, then on to Kamas and eventually to where Interstate 80 and I-84 meet coming down from Evanston, Wyoming.

The Nissan outperformed even our best expectations as we arrived back home with an extra 4 miles of range, over the number of miles that we had actually driven, proving how great the SUV regenerated as we came back down the canyons into Provo. Not to mention the fact that we ran the air conditioning when we wanted it and stayed completely comfortable for the ride.

Now, let’s look inside the cabin, where modern elegance meets futuristic innovation. The interior of the Aryia is a testament to Nissan’s commitment to craftsmanship and comfort. As you settle into the driver’s seat, you’re greeted by a minimalist yet sophisticated cockpit. The absence of physical buttons is replaced by an intuitive interface that seamlessly integrates with the driver’s needs. A stunning panoramic moonroof floods the cabin with natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere.

One of the standout features of the new Aryia is Nissan’s Pro-PILOT Assist, coming will all kinds of awesome additional safety features. The SUV is equipped with an array of advanced driver-assistance systems that work together to keep you safe and confident on the road. From adaptive cruise control and blind-spot intervention to lane departure warning and intelligent emergency braking, the Aryia is packed with features designed to prevent accidents and protect its occupants.

Another awesome addition to the Aryia this year is Nissan’s next-generation Human Machine Interface (HMI), aptly named “Nissan Intuition.” This advanced system is like having a living co-pilot in the SUV, as it will respond to regular communications and will seamlessly update firmware over the air.

We loved the new infotainment system that features a huge 12.3-inch screen in the center that coexists with the driver information screen, another 12.3-inch inclusion from the auto manufacturer. Combined, they made a stunning display that added to the overall sophistication of the Aryia.

Amazon Alexa can also be made part of the driving experience, allowing the owner to transmit destinations to the vehicle, get it prepped for departure, get important news items or even turn on the lights before arriving at home.

But the Aryia’s commitment to sustainability doesn’t end with its electric powertrain. Nissan has gone the extra mile to ensure that the SUV leaves a smaller carbon footprint by using recycled materials throughout its construction. From the seats made of sustainably sourced materials to the floor mats crafted from recycled fishing nets, the Aryia showcases Nissan’s dedication to a greener future without compromising luxury or performance.
