5 ways to have fun with your family in Utah County this week

Enjoy the Spring Salon
Springville Museum of Art will host the 95th annual Spring Salon Opening Reception on Wednesday. The exhibit will include an opportunity to view accepted artwork and engage with the artists, with live music and refreshments available.

Refresh your wardrobe
If you’ve been doing some spring cleaning recently, bring your bags of clean clothes to the Customer Service Desk at University Place before Thursday. You’ll get in return a bag that can be filled with new-to-you clothes for all ages. University Place will then host a Spring Time Swap in The Orchard, with leftover clothes going to a local organization in need.

Attend a royal ball
For some themed family fun this weekend, head to Wadley Farms Castle and meet the princesses at the Royal Ball. The event will include a royal announcement as you enter, lunch, royal performance, Maypole dancing, a special craft and plenty of photo ops, with tickets priced at $15 for adults and $32 for children.
When: 12:30 p.m. Saturday, doors open at 12:15 p.m.

Visit Camp Floyd
This weekend is prime time to visit Camp Floyd and the Stagecoach Inn State Park and Museum – Saturday will be the first ever Artisan Day. The event is $5 for individuals and $15 for families, and will include the chance to try woodworking, Dutch oven cooking and more. Plan on a Dutch oven cook-off, cowboy poetry and local music.
When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday
