The full Utah Valley calendar of events is on L4, but here are three local events you should check out this week:
1. BYU Cougarettes in Concert
Covey Center for the Arts, March 4-7, 7 p.m.
Likely the most decorated and successful program at BYU is the Cougarettes, which have been consistent national champions in various disciplines for decades. The concert website says: “The BYU Cougarettes are incredible artists and athletes. They are celebrated in their creativity, artistry, and talent across many dance genres, including contemporary, jazz, hip hop, lyrical and musical theatre. They are also 26 time national champions in both the division 1A Jazz and Hip-Hop, and two-time Gold medal world champions. We cannot wait for you to see them on stage!”

2. 2026 Ties and Tiaras

Communities can strengthen families by providing activities that they can enjoy together. One such activity is going on in Santaquin, which the city website describes by saying: “Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, laughter, and twirls at our Ties and Tiaras Dance. Whether she’s your little princess or growing up fast, this special night is all about celebrating the bond between you and your special little girl. Dress up in your finest. We’ve got the sweet treats, ice cream bar, face painting and many photo opportunities to make this night a night to remember.”

“KPop Demon Hunters” proved to be a sensation in recent years and that makes the music a great background for a laser show. The center website says: “Experience an immersive laser light show set to music in our planetarium. KPOP Demon Hunters are here to reinforce our local Honmoon with songs like Golden, Takedown, and How it’s Done.”
