Helicopter en route to accident in Spanish Fork that injured child
SPANISH FORK — A medical helicopter responded to an accident that left a child with head injuries.
According to Utah County dispatch, the accident was at 200 South and 700 East. Scanner traffic indicated the child was hit by a car and may have a fractured skull.
