The Utah County Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking for Kenneth Jarvis, last known to live in the Provo area, for three warrants for his arrest.

Jarvis’s most recent warrant is due to an incident in December 2015, though the case was filed in June.

Police reports state Jarvis, 39, stole packages from a homeowner’s porch. The homeowner told police he saw the packages on his doorstep when he went inside, but when he went back outside to retrieve the packages, they were gone.

Jarvis was on a neighbor’s porch when the homeowner went outside. The homeowner confronted him and Jarvis ran to his vehicle and sped away.

A police officer located Jarvis from the license plate and arrested him. Jarvis told police he stole four packages off neighborhood doorsteps, court documents state. Jarvis was charged with a third-degree felony of theft.

Jarvis failed to appear to a mandatory court appearance on Sept. 13, and a warrant for his arrest was issued.

Jarvis has two other warrants outstanding, one third-degree felony of retail theft, one third-degree felony of theft by deception.

Jarvis has been described as being 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 140 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Isaacson was last known to live in the Spanish Fork area and is wanted for two warrants for her arrest.

Both warrants are third-degree felonies of theft.

Estefania Garcia

• Age: 28
• Height: 5-4
• Weight: 180
• Eyes: Brown
• Hair: Black

Garcia was last known to live in the Payson area and is wanted for one warrant for her arrest.

That warrant is for a third-degree felony of forgery.
