Police investigating after body found on Lehi train tracks

According to Lehi Police Department spokesperson Jeanteil Livingston said around 6 p.m. officers were called to the area of 850 East and Pioneer Crossing, where the deceased individual was reportedly found on the tracks underneath an overpass.
Trains were briefly paused as detectives investigated the scene.
“We do know that no trains were involved in the death,” said Livingston, in a statement.
No other information was released as police are actively investigating the situation.
