Here is the complete release: “At approximately 7 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 1, 2025, Provo Police were notified that a vehicle accident had occurred 2.5 miles along Kyhv Peak Road, Provo. A 33-year-old male had checked in at the ER with head and leg injuries. The patient reported to staff that his vehicle had rolled off Kyhv Peak Rd, and that another person was still in the vehicle, unresponsive.

“After a brief search of the area, officers located the overturned vehicle approximately 50 yards from the roadway. A female was found within the vehicle, deceased. Our Traffic Accident Team responded to the location, closing the road for approximately 6 hours while processing the scene. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.”
