Snow College Fine Arts Division and Eccles Center unveil exciting Winter Concert Series

EPHRAIM — Snow College’s Fine Arts Division and Eccles Center for the Performing Arts are thrilled to present a lineup of captivating musical events throughout January and February, promising an array of performances to enchant the community.

Spotlight Commercial Music Ensemble Concert – Jan. 24, 7:30 p.m.

Kicking off the series, the acclaimed “Spotlight Commercial Music Ensemble” is set to deliver an extraordinary musical journey on Jan. 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the Dolores Eccles Performing Arts Center. Led by the dynamic duo of Brian Stucki and Jennifer Madsen, “Spotlight” is renowned for its exceptional celebration of the voice and its myriad intricacies. The 75-minute adventure will feature a versatile three-piece combo, showcasing a rich tapestry of vocal music spanning multiple genres from the 20th and 21st centuries. Wind Symphony/Cadence Chamber Choir Concert – Jan. 30, 7:30 p.m.

On Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the Eccles Center Jorgensen Concert Hall, experience the melodious harmony of the Snow College Wind Symphony and Cadence Chamber Choir in their debut concert, “Bon Voyage.” This captivating evening precedes their prestigious performance at the Utah Music Educators Conference. Dr. David Fullmer and Dr. Michael Huff will conduct this unforgettable musical journey, and admission is free–a night of captivating melodies awaits! A percentage of all ticket sales for this event will go towards scholarships for Performing Arts Students.

The Secret Garden – Musical – Feb. 22-24 and 28-29

In February, the Snow College stage will come alive with the enchanting musical “The Secret Garden.” Running from Feb. 22 to 24 and continuing from February 28 to 29, this timeless classic promises to captivate audiences of all ages. Immerse yourself in the magic of storytelling and music as Snow College brings this beloved tale to life. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 435-283-7478.

Jazz Big Band Concert – Feb. 27

Closing out the series on Feb. 27 is the Jazz Big Band Concert, promising an evening of vibrant and soulful jazz music. Details about this performance will be unveiled soon, so stay tuned for an announcement that will surely resonate with jazz enthusiasts and music lovers alike.
