Celebrating academic excellence: Snow College announces valedictorians and honor students for 2024

Snow College takes immense pride in honoring the academic achievements of its exceptional students, and the class of 2024 is no exception. As we approach the commencement exercises, we are thrilled to announce the valedictorians and honor students who will be recognized for their outstanding accomplishments.

Joseph Bliss: Overall Valedictorian

Hailing from Oak City, Utah, Joseph Bliss stands out as the overall valedictorian of the class of 2024. Joseph’s academic journey at Snow College has been nothing short of remarkable, culminating in a dual accomplishment of technical education and traditional academics. Graduating with certificates in manual machining, CNC machining, composites, and beginning welding, along with Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Technology and Associate of Science degrees, Joseph embodies the epitome of academic excellence. His dedication and hard work have earned him the privilege of addressing his peers at both the Ephraim and Richfield Commencement exercises.

Bridger Thompson: Valedictorian, Bachelor’s Degree

Lifelong Sanpete County resident Bridger Thompson has been chosen as the valedictorian of the four-year programs. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Bridger’s academic journey at Snow College has been distinguished by his unwavering commitment and exceptional talent in the field of information technology. His two-year stint as a software development intern in Snow’s information technology department is a testament to his dedication and proficiency in his chosen field. Bridger will share his insights and experiences at the four-year Convocation in Ephraim.

Kazunari Inamoto: Academic Honor Student, Bachelor’s Degree

Hailing from Kyoto, Japan, Kazunari Inamoto will be recognized as an Academic Honor Student for his outstanding achievements in music. Graduating with a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Commercial Music, Kazunari has demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication in the field of music production. His commitment to excellence and passion for music promise a bright future in the industry. Kazunari will be acknowledged during the four-year Convocation in Ephraim.

Corrie Williams: Academic Honor Student, Richfield Campus

Native of Enterprise, Utah, Corrie Williams has earned recognition for her outstanding academic accomplishments. In addition to her academic success, Corrie’s exemplary performance on the wrestling mat showcases her determination and perseverance. Her achievements serve as an inspiration to her peers and reflect the values of hard work and dedication instilled at Snow College. Corrie will be honored during the Richfield Commencement exercises.
