RICHFIELD – Responding to the growing demand for student accommodation, Snow College’s Richfield campus is proud to announce the addition of another housing option. Building upon the success of last year’s 60-bed housing unit, the college has secured a contract to provide housing for an additional 60 students.

In the spring of last year, college officials collaborated with a local property owner to establish a multi-year building lease, marking the inaugural offering of on-campus housing in Richfield. This initiative, which commenced in August 2023, saw enthusiastic student uptake, filling the accommodations in record time. Managed by the college to foster a vibrant residential experience, complete with on-site resident assistants, the housing provided students with a holistic campus life experience, including access to activities, events, wellness resources, tutoring, fitness facilities, and advising services.

In light of the overwhelming success and heightened demand for on-campus living, school officials worked closely with the property owner to secure the additional 60-bed unit. Situated at 803 W 50 N, each apartment within the unit boasts a full kitchen. Affordable pricing options include $1,100 per semester for a shared room, $1,550 for a deluxe shared room, and $2,000 per semester for a private room.
