Return of ‘Life Under The Horseshoe Radio Program’, Live radio show featuring music, comedians, and stories about life under the horseshoe, every Saturday on KMGR Radio at 7 p.m., will be held at Victory Hall, 35 North Main, Spring City. Live audience. Seating at 6:20 p.m. No children under age eight are allowed.
June 14, guest artist Mckail Seely, was raised in Salt Lake with family ties to Mt. Pleasant. She is a singer/songwriter who recently moved to California to pursue her career in music. She performed at the prestigious “House of Blues” in LA, as well as many other venues all over the US.
June 21, guest artists will be the Shepherd Family. A local Sanpete family, mother, son and daughter will be honored guests. They have performed in the Sanpete Valley on numerous occasions as the popular group Highway 89.
June 28, guest artist is Cori Connors, singer songwriter who has traveled the world sharing her homespun brand of ballads. Conners has won numerous awards. including the Govenors Mansion Artist Award for Artistic Excellence. She has written songs that have been recorded by none other than Linda Ronstadt and Chris Ledoux
July 5, guest artists, The Five Strings, is a family of four sisters and one brother ranging in age from four-to-14, all playing violin tunes and delighting fans with their charm. The talented Utah family has performed in Branson, MO; as well as several other states.
July 12, guest artists will be The New Time Ensemble is a four-piece group featuring, guitar, cello, flute and violin. They have toured the U.S. and Ireland performing their distinctive sound and delighting audiences everywhere. With roots from Utah to France, they offer a generous helping and eclectic blend of Celtic and chamber music.
