Panorama Horse Show Circuit returns to ConToy Arena
MT. PLEASANT– The Panorama Horse Show Circuit was hosted by the ConToy Arena on Saturday, July 30. Over 60 riders came to the event center and competed in a western-style horse riding skills competition. The Panorama Horse Show Circuit has eight events each year, and two of those have taken place at the ConToy Arena, just south of Mt. Pleasant.
The ConToy Arena was the location for local 4-H western-style horse riding show, which took place Aug. 2.
Currents events:
Aug. 4, Pee Wee Horse Show, Sign ups start at 6 p.m., Horse show begins at 6:30 p.m.
Thurs. – Saturday, Aug. 4 – 6, Ellen Walker 4-H Camp. Spectators are welcome to visit this three-day event. Youth attending this English horse riding camp will be working on dressage, cross country, and horse jumping skills.

Sept. 10, The Sanbar Production Sale will take place. This is to be a sale of weanling colts and consignment horses. For information call Terry Rigby (435) 427-3347.
Sept. 30 – Oct. 1, The State 4-H horse show.
The biggest event of the year for ConToy Arena will be a three-day eventing competition, on the first weekend of October. It features three days of equestrian events – dressage, show jumping and cross-country riding. Riders from all over the west will be competing, and there are expected to be well over 100 horses entered.
