Celebrate 10 years of racing at Wild Bill’s Raceway
Wild Bill’s Raceway is celebrating 10 years of dirt track racing in Sanpete County! Originally known as Horseshoe Mountain Raceway, Wild Bill’s is a 3/8 mile semi-banked dirt oval located seven miles south of Mt. Pleasant on Highway 89.
The raceway currently holds races each year for many different classes of vehicles; from modifieds, trucks and pure stocks to bombers and powder puffs.
Visitors to the raceway will find grandstands to get a good view of racers along with concessions for food and drinks. Visitors are welcome to come enjoy the races. There are admission fees, but kids age two and under are free!
The 2017 race schedule includes races on May 27, June 10, July 1, Aug. 19 and Sept. 1 and 2. Gates open at 2 p.m. Races start at 6 p.m.
