Jan. 21

Joey Deon Edmunds, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested in Mt. Pleasant by the Mt. Pleasant Police Department on charges of internal possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $1,360.

Kaden Eugene Parish, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested in Mt. Pleasant by the Mt. Pleasant Police Department on charges of aggravated robbery. No bail was set.

Jan. 22

Alex Balderrama Hernandez, Orem, was arrested in Provo by the Mt. Pleasant Police Department on charges of criminal mischief and aggravated robbery, kidnapping and assault with a dangerous weapon. Bail was set at $60,000.

Jan. 23

Lynette Green, Ephraim, was arrested in Ephraim by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on a Sixth District Court Warrant. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jan. 24

Catherine Deann Burton, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested in Sanpete County by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on a Sixth District Court Warrant. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jan. 25

Ernest Cole Atwood, Mesquite, NV; was arrested in Manti by the Utah Highway Patrol on charges of speed, open container, DUI and possession or use of weapon while under the influence. Bail was set at $2,370.

Jan. 26

Garrett Martin Clark, Ephraim, was arrested in Ephraim by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of obstructing justice. Bail was set at $1,950.

Dwain Keith Davey, Manti, was arrested in Sanpete County by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of sex offender in a protected area. No bail was set.

Chad H. Ellett, Gunnison, was arrested in Centerfield by the Utah Highway Patrol on a Monticello Justice Court Warrant. Bail was set at $1,055.

Wayne Lee Riley, Gunnison, was arrested in Gunnison by the Gunnison Police Department on charges of possessions of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and a Gunnison Justice Court Warrant. Bail was set at $6,420.

Spencer Whitaker Tuttle, Sterling, was arrested in Sterling by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of cruelty to an animal. Bail was set at $1,950.

Jan. 27

Tyler Robert Gundry, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested in Sanpete County by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on charges of stopping and parking violations, open container, alcohol restricted person and DUI with prior conviction. Bail was set at $6,570.

Justin Lee Hansen, Redmond, was arrested in Axtell by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on a Gunnison Justice Court Warrant. Bail was set at $100.

Tony Kawika Mafileo, West Valley, was arrested in Sanpete County by the Utah Highway Patrol on Summit County and Nephi City Justice Court Warrants. Bail was set at $1,110.

Megan Black Perry, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested in Sanpete County by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on charges of intoxication, open container and possessions of marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,640.

Jan. 28

Carl Martin Sedlack, Spring City, was arrested in the Sanpete County Jail by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of stalking. Booked and released for Sixth District Court.

Jan. 29

David Clyde Bingham, Spring City, was arrested in the Sanpete County Jail by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on charges of four counts of forgery. Booked and released for Sixth District Court.

Jan. 30

Jacy Mae Jacobson, Ephraim, was arrested in the Sanpete County Jail by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on a Sixth District Court Warrant. Bail was set at $5,000.

Kevin Jim Bean, Fairview, was arrested in Fairview by the Fairview Police Department on charges of distribution of controlled substance, internal possession of controlled substance, controlled substance prohibited acts, possession of paraphernalia; and Nephi Justice and Sixth District Court Warrants. No bail was set.

Jason Scott Mork, Moroni, was arrested in Moroni by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on charges of assault, two counts of domestic assault with child present and threats of violence. Bail was set at $5,650.

William Paul Nielsen, Springville, was arrested in Sanpete County by the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office on a Sixth District Court Warrant. Bail was set at $2,500.

Elizabeth Ann Taylor, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested in Fairview by the Fairview Police Department on charges of distribution of controlled substance, two counts of controlled substance prohibited acts, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Sixth District Court Warrant. No bail was set.

Enrique Corona Castro, Ephraim, was arrested in Mt. Pleasant by the Mt. Pleasant Police Department on charges of intoxication, disorderly conduct, assault and sexual battery. Bail was set at $3,460.
