Turning Point USA will return to Utah Valley University next month to memorialize Charlie Kirk on the year mark of his assassination. At 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at the UCCU Center, the organization will hold a "Freedom Built to Last Memorial" to honor Kirk.
