As a nonprofit organization, it remains committed to preserving its historic venue and delivering top-tier arts and entertainment to central Utah valleys. Operating as the local arts agency, The Casino Star Theatre Foundation regularly collaborates with other local entities, contributing to public arts projects like the recently completed ocean-themed outdoor mural on the north side of the Gunnison Valley Swimming Pool. Although admission to this event is free, donations to the Casino Star Theatre Foundation are greatly appreciated, both in person and through casinostartheatre.com.
The success of the Casino Star Theatre Live Event Season is made possible by the generous support of local sponsorship partners, including Rocky Mountain Power, Julia and Roland Christensen, and Dr. Richard Nay. The season will continue with performances by Colorado’s beloved traditional Western music group, the Bar D Wranglers, on November 8, and Utah’s “Mr. Christmas,” Kurt Bestor, on Dec. 18.
