Central Utah Eye celebrates grand opening in Ephraim

Kevin Kirk, as well as Optometrist, Jennifer Nim, were able to share their gratitude towards the community and the Sanpete Chamber of Commerce for their warm welcome.

EPHRAIM – The Sanpete Chamber of Commerce, alongside local community members and city council representatives, gathered on March 19 to officially welcome Central Utah Eye to Ephraim with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Owner and ophthalmologist Dr. Kevin Kirk, along with optometrist Dr. Jennifer Nim, expressed their gratitude to the community and the Sanpete Chamber of Commerce for the warm welcome extended to their new establishment.

“I am honored to join Dr. Kirk’s team and serve this vibrant community filled with hardworking individuals,” remarked Nim.

Kirk echoed her sentiments, stating, “We are appreciative of the Chamber of Commerce for their unwavering support. We are eager to extend our services to more residents of Sanpete County.”

Stephanie Hardy, a chamber member, extended a warm welcome to Central Utah Eye, emphasizing the community’s support and anticipation for future collaborations. “We are grateful for your presence and committed to supporting your business. Let’s work together to build a thriving community,” she remarked.

Central Utah Eye has been serving Sanpete County for the past four years, with established clinics in Mt. Pleasant and Gunnison. Their expansion into Ephraim last June allows them to offer comprehensive eye exams, advanced surgical treatments, eyewear options, and various eye services previously unavailable in the area.

Dr. Kevin Kirk and Dr. Brian Kirk, alongside Dr. Nim, are the primary providers at Central Utah Eye’s Ephraim location, where they are currently accepting new patients. The Mt/ Pleasant location continues to operate, and the Gunnison clinic will soon relocate to a new facility next month.
