Independent review of UVU security following Kirk's assassination identifies failures, recommends improvements
The Sept. 10, 2025, Turning Point USA event where Charlie Kirk was assassinated lacked an event action plan, and established safety measures were not properly implemented, an independent external review commissioned by Utah Valley University found.
