Alpine School District educators, staff train for trauma response scenarios
Medical emergencies can happen anywhere, whether it's recreating at the lake, on a snowy mountain or in the classroom, so possessing trauma care skills can potentially save lives. Recently, thousands of teachers and staff with the Alpine School District participated in “Stop the Bleed” training at a majority of the district’s 90 schools, according to a media release from Intermountain Health, which partnered with the district in the effort.
