Authorities are attempting to locate a 16-year-old boy who ran away from a Provo group home. Andrew Liolis was reported missing by Provo police after he was last accounted for at the Oasis Program in Provo on Sunday at 4:20 p.m. Springville police reported Tuesday that he was spotted in the Springville area of 1150 N. and 600 East on Tuesday morning. Liolis is 5-foot-8 and 130 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen in Provo wearing a black shirt and jeans, a navy fleece vest, a glove on his left hand and black boots.
