One dead in a four-vehicle crash in Springville
A driver was killed in a four-vehicle accident Monday afternoon in Springville, Springville police confirmed. At approximately 2:20 p.m., a vehicle was traveling southbound on Main Street approaching 1400 North in Springville when it left its lane and collided with oncoming traffic, according to a statement Police Chief Lance Haight provided to the Daily Herald. Police and emergency medical personnel responded to the scene to provide aid, but the southbound driver could not be revived, the statement said.
