A first look at the exterior of the Lehi Utah Temple was released by the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Monday.
The rendering shows a white facade with a copper-like spire and copper linings upon the windows.
The multistory temple will sit upon a 22.48-acre site on the northwest intersection of 3950 North and Center Street in Lehi, the church said.
The temple is Utah’s 31st either in operation, under renovation, under construction or announced and will be the first temple in Lehi.
It also will be the eighth temple in Utah County, joining Lindon, Orem, Payson, Provo City Center, Provo Utah Rock Canyon, Saratoga Springs and Mount Timpanogos in American Fork.
Plans to build a temple in Lehi were announced by President Russell M. Nelson at the church’s general conference April 7, 2024.
