Splash Summit Waterpark is preparing for the opening of its third season on May 28. The thing that keeps Nick Strong, vice president of marketing, up at night is whether they will have enough employees.

The Waterpark is looking to fill 300 seasonal jobs that run from the 10 a.m. opening in May through Sept. 7.

Strong is concerned that if they can’t hire enough employees it may interrupt the season. To help with that Splash Summit is holding job interviews next week.

“The park offers flexible hours and schedules, season passes for employees and their immediate family members, and several other new perks including monthly employee parties and more,” Strong said.

Job opportunities include guest interactions, lifeguards, cooks, cabana servers, park services and season leadership and more, Strong said.

Walk-in interviews will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday at 1064 N County Blvd. Suite 100 in Pleasant Grove.

“Splash Summit Waterpark is the coolest place to work, meet new friends and have an absolute blast this summer,” said Krista Goeringer, Director of Aquatics for Splash Summit Waterpark. “Our team members are a vital part of our organization and as such, we’ve launched new initiatives to engage and reward our employees which includes bonus opportunities, season passes for our employees and their families, unlimited drinks, an onsite cereal bar and much more.”

“Whether it’s scooping Mini Melts, helping our guests navigate the park or ensuring guest safety while on attractions, our employees are helping guests create long-lasting summer memories. These initiatives are aimed to directly reward our employees as they help park guests,” Goeringer added.

Season passes are on sale now for a limited time for $34.99 plus tax. To apply online, purchase season passes or find more information people can visit http://splashsummit.com.

“Splash Summit Waterpark is Utah’s largest waterpark. With more than 15 water attractions including five drop slides, a 500,000-gallon wave pool and the all-new Rainforest River, Splash Summit is the ultimate summertime destination,” Strong said. “Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for families and friends to make lifelong memories.”
