Spring City’s second concert unveils vocal talent

By Staff | Feb 14, 2024

Prepare for another enchanting evening of music as Spring City’s concert series continues on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 7 p.m. The venue for this musical delight is the ballroom at the Community Center, located at 45 South 100 East. Attendees can enjoy the captivating performances of tenor Brian Stucki and some of his talented vocal students from Snow College. Tickets are available at the door for just five dollars.

In a departure from the usual schedule, this will be the first Spring City Concert held on a Saturday. The change aims to accommodate Snow College students, many of whom are participating in the school’s musical, “The Secret Garden,” with rehearsals scheduled on other nights of the week.

Brian Stucki, a resident of Spring City for several years, boasts international acclaim as a tenor, having graced stages worldwide. His students, drawn from Snow’s exceptional music program, represent some of the finest emerging talents.

Funds raised during this event will contribute to the maintenance of the ballroom’s grand piano, a generous gift to Spring City from the B. W. Bastian Foundation.

The concert is open to the public, and all music enthusiasts are encouraged to attend and immerse themselves in an evening of high-quality musical performances.
