Provo mental health therapist arrested for alleged voyeurism, police say
The Provo Police Department has arrested a man who works as a mental health therapist for allegedly tricking multiple women into exposing themselves, which the department said in a press release served “no therapeutic purpose.” Shawn Talbot, 55, of Eagle Mountain, was arrested Monday on suspicion of voyeurism. As of Thursday, he had not been formally charged.
