Meggan Sundwall found guilty of manslaughter in Highland woman's 2024 death
A jury found a Santaquin nurse accused of killing a woman by insulin overdose guilty of manslaughter on Tuesday. Meggan Sundwall, 33, was arrested last year and accused of administering insulin to Kacee Terry, 37, of Highland, on Aug. 12, 2024, despite her being nondiabetic. Terry was found unconscious by her uncle, and she died on Aug. 15, 2024, according to charging documents. The jury’s decision came following a nine-day trial at Provo’s 4th District Court. Sundwall was also found not guilty of aggravated murder and guilty of obstruction of justice. She will be sentenced May ...
