A Springville man was arrested after police said he fired a gun near another man Sunday night. Jose Rodriguez-Juarez, 39, was booked into the Utah County Jail and is being investigated on suspicion of nine separate offenses, including attempted murder, discharge of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
