Police say BYU's Kennard Davis Jr. was in possession of marijuana when arrested for DUI
BYU basketball player Kennard Davis Jr., 20, was in possession of marijuana when he was arrested for driving under the influence last week, according to police. In a redacted Provo Police officer report obtained by the Daily Herald, an officer said he responded to assist with a traffic accident on Nov. 13 when he suspected Davis, who was one of the drivers, was impaired, and that Davis was arrested for DUI.
