Imagining the future: Utah City releases plans for 'Broad Street' retail district in Vineyard
Developers revealed plans last week for the main retail district in Utah City, a mixed-use planned development on the site of the old Geneva Steel mill in Vineyard. Titled "Broad Street," the commercial space is planned for 250,000 square feet of property running east to west, fitted with dining, fashion and entertainment options. Utah City has contracted Odyssey Retail Advisor to help plan the area, and construction is expected to begin in 2027.
