Boy in critical condition after being struck by vehicle in Vineyard
A young boy is in critical condition after he was struck by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter Tuesday in Vineyard. The boy, whose age was not specified, was crossing Center Street just before 8 p.m. when he was struck, according to the Utah County Sheriff's Office. He was taken by ambulance to Primary Children's Hospital. The Utah County Sheriff's Office said its investigations team was called to the scene to assist with the investigation, and that the driver of the vehicle was cooperating.
