The new branch opened April 13 and is located at 1508 South Main Street, Suite 130, next to Beans and Brews. The office will serve as Central Bank’s Nephi location while the bank makes plans for a future permanent building in the community.

The Nephi office marks Central Bank’s 13th location and represents the bank’s continued growth across Utah, with an emphasis on local service and relationship-based banking.

Leading the new office is Jason Morrell, who will serve as office manager and loan officer. Morrell has lived in Nephi for the past 18 years and brings both professional banking experience and strong community ties to the position.

“Nephi is a growing community with a strong sense of connection, hard work and hometown pride,” said Mark Packard, president of Central Bank. “We’re excited to bring Central Bank’s independent community banking to Juab County and to become part of a community that values relationships, trust and local decision-making.”

Packard said the bank’s philosophy centers on personal service and keeping banking decisions close to home.

“We believe banking should feel personal, and we’re honored to open our doors in Nephi,” he said.

According to bank officials, the new office will provide convenient access for customers seeking everyday banking services, business support and financial guidance from professionals familiar with the area and its unique needs.
