Third party auditor presents findings of 'agreed-upon procedures report' to Vineyard City Council
A third party CPA conducted an “agreed-upon procedures report” of Vineyard’s financial transactions from 2023 and 2024 and presented the findings in a Vineyard City Council meeting last week.
